The course is completed in three steps:
Step One
Fully read Foodsafe's On-line Food Manager Re-certification Coursebook by clicking on the below link.
Step TwoComplete the Re-certification examination. The examination consists of 100 multiple choice question.
The answers will be forwarded to Foodsafe for processing. You will receive your results and Completion Certificate in
the mail in 7 business days.
Step Three Complete the Minnesota Department of Health's Recertification application. Send the completed application with your
Completion Certificate to the address provided on the form with the required fee ($28.00).
YOUR RE-CERTIFICATION IS NOW COMPLETE !!!
Step Three:
Complete the Minnesota Department of Health
Re-certification Application. Click HERE to download your Re-certification Application.
You will need to wait until your Completion Certificate is mailed
to you (7 business days upon completion) prior to sending in your application to the Minnesota Department of Health.
