If registering less than two weeks prior to the course date, please register on-line or contact Todd Appel at (877) 723-3660 to register.  We always prefer to send course materials in advance so participants can study and review material prior to the course.  Payment must be received before your registration can be processed.  We do accept walk-in registrations at the time of the class however the registration fee must be  in cash or money order.        

Both examinations are approved by the Minnesota Department of Health and Agriculture to meet the Certification Rule.  Chain operations such as Burger King, McDonalds, and Taco John's typically use the Serv-Safe Examination.  All other establishments (ma/pa operations, assisted living facilities, schools, etc.) typically use the Prometric Examination.
